Print Pricing and Return Policy Notice

I offer no refunds; only an exchange of the same print art piece, same size, for any artwork that arrives damaged. No exchanges will be processed until a quality photograph showing the damage to the artwork and damage to any packaging the art was sent in is emailed back to the gallery. Any exchange claim must be made within four (4) days from the date the artwork was received. If the packaging it was shipped in is in good condition, the artwork needs to be repacked in that container, insured, and sent back. If the packaging is damaged, new packaging will be required for the artwork to be returned. Once the damaged artwork is received, another art piece will be sent. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and a tracking number is required.

All purchases outside of the United States will be charged an additional shipping & insurance fee for international transport. A representative will contact you after your purchase is made. 


Original art works are only shipped after funds are sent to the bank and funds are approved. 

 

Please note that prints will be mailed out flat and are not framed.

 

Please allow six (6) weeks for printing and shipping.

 

Please note that Pat Dice Art Gallery is not responsible for postal delays.

 

Additionally, artworks are not shipped to post office boxes (P.O. Box).
